The Experience

The 4-hour sunset cruise departs from Benoa Harbor at 3 PM. As you sail along Bali’s southern coastline, your dedicated barista guides you through a curated tasting of four Kopi Luwak varieties — Arabica, Robusta, Peaberry, and a limited micro-lot. Each is prepared using a different method: pour-over, siphon, cold brew, and Vietnamese phin filter, showcasing how brewing technique transforms the same exceptional bean into entirely different experiences.

Between tastings, a 5-course Indonesian fine dining menu unfolds — each course thoughtfully paired with a specific Kopi Luwak preparation. The menu features locally sourced ingredients from Bali’s best purveyors, prepared by a private chef aboard.
